it is a way to score tragedies via mathematics for example a hypothetical massacre of 400 dead in toronto is a 117
and the massacre from COD:mw2 mission no russian is a 30
the system is rated from 0-10,000

but i did create out of genius thin air.. a way...(and this will show you just some of the .. things that might of been posted..) to rate tragedies
with maths
so body count X time ÷ # of first responders in 3 minutes or 1 tenth of total or in more than a day 1 tenth of the 3rd most violent day or the last day (1 TENTH of 10 hrs of gunfighting on the last and 3rd most violent day is 1 hour so the value is 10..
and the calculation is this
long x lat the city (I'm using torontos 43x79) ÷ the value(10) = 337.9 ÷ 60 is 5 minutes
so lets say 12 on the first day when it started
so lets calculate the rating now shall we?
so 5 armed gunmen in vans loaded with remote fired uzis pointed out the sides (with silencers) drive down the busy streets opening fire from there 5 vans filled with ammo and explosives they burn through ammo get out beside a busy place go to office building s across the street from the vans for safety and blow it up.. they retreat into different buildings and it takes 3 days....
432 x 72=31104
and 9 hours of stand off on the last day and a onslaught at the end where 5 men are killed by police at heavy cost .. so its only 0.9 and in decimals is doubled so its 1.8
43 x 79 ÷ 1.7 1887 ÷ 60 which is 31
so amount of responses in 31 minutes.. amounts of 17 are halved (decibels don't count towards the halving for example 17.5 wont be halved )
so 15.5 and lets say 29
so
calculate the final score of the attack
432 x 72 ÷ 29 = 117
and the lower the score the worse the event.. the scale is out of 10,000
the mw2 event will be calculated next(no russian) as a control test
using info ... the rough calculation is 300 x 1 (less than an hour is 1 by default in cases over 200 -( if not it gives false scores) - and i used 10 responders as a very generous estimate(there were about .. the mathematical term for that many angry russian cops if called a fuckton) so 300 x 1 ÷ 10 = 30 ... which is enough to cause a war.. 117 would cause massive reforms and depending on if anyone claimed responsibility .. well ... the potential for violent aftermath is large.. if it was germany in 1930 and this happened.. the holocaust would of been less about hate and more about THOSE SONS OF BITCHES
