This process shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. After you complete doing as mentioned, your paypal should be instantly verified.
What does verification mean?
Basically, it means that you are allowed to send and receive money over PayPal, and that you are a legit PayPal user.

Now that you know what verification is, we can start.
Setup
There are only few requirements for doing this method.
And those are:
1. Internet Connection
2. PayPal US account
3. E-mail address you can access
If you dont have a PayPal account, you can make it for free by going here : https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr...ration-run
Make sure you make a United States account, because this method works the best with them.
If you dont want to use your real info, you can get fake info from this site. : www.fakenamegenerator.com
Okay, now that you got everything set up, we can start the real thing.
Lets go
First, you need to create a new account on this site : https://us.etrade.com/e/t/welcome/openanaccount
Click Apply on Power E*trade account.
Now fill the fields with fake info you got from fakenamegenerator (site mentioned before) and your REAL e-mail.
Make sure you tick individual account!

On next step, choose cash only account.
Again, fill info with the information you got from fakenamegenerator, and make sure you DONT tick any of options below.
Now copy the SSN from FNM (fake name generator) and make sure you choose option U.S citizen.
Okay, now fill the next step with some random jobs.
Select NO on every option.
For next step, copy everything from the picture below.
Choose the first option for sweep account, and select no for options below.
Next, untick every box.
Accept the terms, and DO NOT tick the box.
Now, another page will open, with all the info you provided. Check everything again!
Now choose that you want to make a new account (option no) and fill all the fields.
Now go to your PayPal account and click "Add your Bank account" option on the right.
In routing number, type 056073573 and for account number copy the account number you got from e*trade.
Choose instant and input your etrade account details.
Now, wait for few minutes.
And you're done!
