Few people would envy my job if they knew the demands it places on me. I have to deal with constant bickering among my employees. They would fight less if we had better air conditioning and more space. But management says there is no money in the budget to make these improvements now. There is also constant pressure from above to raise productivity, So I have to keep pressure on my employees even when I know in my heart they are already working hard.
