  1. The best way to keep the doctor and supplements away is to take warm water first thin in the morning about 45 mins before breakfast. Do it religiously, ie every morning. When started you will notice that you poop more than you used to and that is the waste that is causing all the ailments that takes you to the hospital. You can visit your doctor regularly for check ups but over time, it will become less frequent. Stick to it, drink water guys.
