Scroll down to Contact us
Choose Xbox one- or PC
Login to Origin if you don't have an Origin account MAKE one they need your Origin email for verification.
Then start a live chat which takes Around 50 mins
When they start talking say -
Hello there! Earlier today I received an invitation to join the Titanfall beta on Xbox One. When I got home from work and went to redeem the code I got an error saying that the code I got was invalid. I tried reaching out to Respawn on twitter but they are obviously swamped.
