INTRO
There are a few things we need to get out of the way first.
This is blackhat.
Blackhat is defined as actions that are within the bounds of the law but may be socially unacceptable to
some. For this to work a good deal of lying is required.
I figure if you are reading this then this is something that you expected but I need to get that out of the way first before we move on. You need to be comfortable with telling a lie to someone over the
phone (often a foreigner).
However I promise if you follow this guide you can get pretty much anything you want off of www.amazon.com for free up to about $600.
I know hundreds of people who have used this technique and it works every time like a charm.
I did it myself and I will show you proof that it works.
So on with it.
Let me tell you how I managed to recently order and get completely free a brand spanking new XBOX One and a complete Rockband 4 Game and Band in a Box Set.
Step 1) Choosing a product:
(I should call this step choosing a shipping method instead)
KEY POINT #1:
You need to order only items that are shipped directly from amazon.
THIS MEANS IT MUST SAY THAT THE ORDER WILL BE FULFILLED BY AMAZON!!
If you have two items you can put in your cart that are the same…
and one is $350 and ships from Mike’s Electronics and the same item is $400 but is fulfilled by Amazon go with the $400 one.
KEY POINT #2
If you are ordering multiple items make sure at check out that they will all be shipped together and arrive on the same day.
You may have to mix and match items and go all the way almost to confirming the check-out before this information is revealed to you but don’t worry you can always back out, choose another item that is the same that also ships from amazon… go back to the check out page and make sure that they will all ship together.
THIS TOOK ME ABOUT AN HOUR ONCE.
I wanted to get a certain brand of tattoo ink that is sold from a lot of vendors on amazon.
I got about $550 worth. I had to make sure I chose only items that would ship together and be fulfilled by amazon. Took quite a bit of tooling until I got it just right..
(This is an important step…. Don’t overlook it.)
KEY POINT #3
There is no set price that you have to be bound by other then what amazon deems as too much money to ship without a signature. This is usually around $600 or so.
Don’t worry it would notify you if a signature is required before you purchase.
(Although this can be done if you are required a signature, It takes a lot more social engineering
then this technique I am showing you and I don’t have personal experience doing it. While I have the knowledge, I don’t feel comfortable teaching something I haven’t personally done or
tried out myself.)
Step 2) Ordering the product
This is the part that takes a leap of faith on your part.
I know this works.
I know this works 100% of the time.
I'm telling you that it works but I know when I was in your shoes….
Despite what I had been told and mentored to do…
I was still hesitant to spend money I didn’t have on shit I didn’t actually need to test out a method that ultimately could leave me owning stuff I want, but couldn’t afford right now hence
why I didn’t buy it to begin with…..
I get you.
I understand.
I was you.
IT WORKS!
That is all I can say. If you do this on a Monday you will most likely have your money back on The following Monday or Tuesday and this is dependent mostly on your bank not Amazon.
I used my rent money to test this out the first time.
That was scary but I felt prepared for what I was in for and this is really silly easy when you
think about it.
Just keep the Key Points from the previous page in mind when choosing a product.
So long as the shipping is right you are golden!
Sit back in about 3 days or less you will come home to your merchandise.
10 minutes to 3 hours from then your refund will be on it’s way.

Step 4) Social Engineering
Defined as getting what you want by lying and fooling someone through confidence finesse and skill.
You kind of have this or you don’t.
It can be taught but you are the key.
Before I did this the first time I role played it in my head for hours preparing for what I needed to say so that it was natural and automatic. I would suggest you read this through several times and make sure you know EXACTLY what you are doing before you pick up that phone.
That being said this will be a 5 minute phone call, if that, maybe twice.
It isn’t rocket science and it is SUPER easy to do.
Now, if you are the kind of person that isn’t good on the phone, you can still do this method another way. I will mention it but not to teach you. I also haven’t done this personally because I am confident and I felt that I would have better results if the person I was dealing with could hear inflection in my voice over the phone, BUT as an alternate method to this there is a built in customer service chat room on amazon that you can perform the steps I am about to outline
via CHAT instead of VOICE.
Again I have been told this works but if you are remotely comfortable with lying…
or consider yourself to be a confident person,
(SALES PEOPLE ARE GREAT AT THIS)
then you should definitely do this over the phone as I can only assume you will have an easier time if you are speaking to someone directly who can hear the frustration in your voice.
So your product has arrived.

Step 5) The Call (FIRST OF TWO MOST LIKELY)
AZCS – Hello How are you this evening?
ME – I am not doing to good I actually have a major problem I sure hope you can help me with this because I am kind of screwed.
AZCS- Oh no I will certainly try to help you can I have your order number or email address
please?
ME- Sure it is blah blah blah
AZCS – ok Great! I have you up tell me what’s going on?
ME – Well I am in a big pickle here…. On Tuesday I ordered a gift for my niece’s birthday (who I
might add is in a children’s hospital in North Carolina with bad kidney issues.) I ordered it from
Amazon instead of going to the store and picking it up because I am very busy and YOUR website promised me that it would arrive by Friday guaranteed.
NOW I got an alert on my phone at X:XX today while I was at work that my package was delivered. I get home and NO PACKAGE!
I checked around the yard…
I checked with the Neighbors NOTHING!
I called (USPS/FEDEX/UPS make sure to choose the one that your item was shipped with) –However it was sent—and they said as far as they are concerned it was delivered and to take it up with amazon.
NOW I am really screwed because I am on my way from XXX State driving in overnight to see her tomorrow for her birthday and now I have to stop somewhere tomorrow morning and purchase this item again! I don’t have the money for that!
WHAT I need for you to do is pull whatever strings you can so that you can refund me my money tonight so that when I arrive tomorrow I can repurchase this before I go over to the hospital. I WANT TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS putting this on my credit card.
At this point they will feed you a line about how sometimes the delivery drivers will mark the package as delivered before it actually hits the door because they scan them all at the same
time and sometimes it doesn’t arrive until hours later. It should arrive by the latest 8pm That
you should wait 24 hours and then call back.
ME – No that is not acceptable. I have to be on the road at that time.
Listen this is what I will do. I am on my way to my parents’ house to drop off my children so they can watch them while I drive out to the hospital. I have to drive back past my house later
to get to where I have to go tonight. I will stop home and check for my package sometime after 8pm tonight. If it isn’t there you need to issue me a refund so that I can buy this from the store
tomorrow and NOT use my credit card!
AZCS – Ok sir but I am telling you it will be there when you get home…
ME – Well if not I will be calling back immediately. I’ll give you guys the benefit of the doubt I have used amazon forever and never had a problem in the past.
Step 5) The Call (#2)
A few minutes after 8pm call back.
Remember… There is no way for them to issue you a refund overnight.
They can put in for it but it takes 24 hours to get approved, another 24 to get sent, and about
48 or so (depending on your bank) for it to actually hit it.
The EARLIEST this can happen is about 4 days.
YOU are going to act like that is not acceptable because of your situation.
You are the customer.. You are ALWAYS right and they need to make this right by you.
BUT no matter what… what you are asking for is impossible.
THIS IS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE.
The argument, (if you can even call it that -there is no resistance-)
is now about WHEN you are getting your refund.
It never enters the realm of IF you are getting your refund.
AZCH – Hello thank you for calling amazon customer service how can I help you?
ME – Yeah I was speaking to customer service about a few hours ago about getting a refund for a package that didn’t arrive. I was asked to wait EVEN THOUGH I called UPS and they said it was
delivered, until after 8pm and call back I am sure you have some notes on my call earlier you can review so I don’t have to go over all this again… I am very frustrated this is not the time for
this to be happening… I don’t have the money for this.
AZCH – I am very sorry you are having this problem this evening let me see what I can do to help.. Can I have your order number or Email address please?
ME – Blah Blah Blah
AZCH – Ok I have you up here please give me a second to read over the notes.
ME – Ok but really I’m a busy man I just want to get this resolved right now so I can take care of

ME – I will take the refund! THAT IS WHAT I AM ASKING THIS WHOLE TIME FOR.
A reshipment would do me no good like I said I am already on my way to another state.
BUT I NEED you to make sure that money hits my account by tomorrow I don’t want to have to
use my credit card.
(That statement is just to be believable and seal the deal… you have already won by this point)
AZCH – Sir I will put in for the request right now as you are on the phone with me… and you will
receive email confirmation of that reversal to your account in a few minutes, However It won’t
be processed until tomorrow and a couple of days before it actually will hit your account I am
so sorry for this.
(At this point you can carry on with it as long as you like… you have already won but if you want
to be more convincing you can argue some more or you can just give in at this point reluctantly)
Congrats. You now have $600 worth of shit and your money is on its
way back to you. Sit back enjoy your stuff in a few days pay rent.
