  2. 1) Get your Real or Fake Receipt ready
  3. 2) Go to the Companies Support Sites, or email and contact them (For what you want to refund, for example Amazon)
  4. 3) For example JBL they sell there products off of amazon but make you contact them from there website (jbl.com)
  5. 4) Once your at there site go to support, recommended to use Live Chat, Email is fine too (PHONE NOT RECOMMENDED)
  6. 5) Once you get into a live chat with a support agent they will say hi and how may I help you, (For example a JBL Speaker) respond with "My JBL Flip 4 isn't _ (Your fake claim, or real claim there)
  7. 6) Then they may ask for what the charging port looks like, etc. Just say it looks fine and theres no damage (THAT'S THE EXAMPLE, IF they ask if the product is damaged say no or yes, just put a smart ass explanation to it and make sure they FALL FOR IT! For example my Speaker Won't charge or Turn on anymore!, theres no fucking damage on the port! This is the worst fucking experience i've had!))
  8. 8) Then they may ask for Proof of Purchase, they will ask for serial numbers or amazon Receipts. If they ask for the Serial number say (Come up with a good Excuse, for example "The serial number is there but half are cut off and just plain missing)
  9. 9) Then they may ask for a Receipt, then you say "Yes I have the Receipt, can I provide screenshot proof through a email?" Which they SHOULD say yes to!)
  10. 10) Once they said you all the Random info shit just read over it and provide your shipping address, name, and the screenshot of the Receipt (FAKE OR REAL RECEIPT) and within a few hours, or a day you SHOULD get a email for a request of return for a refund or a FREE PRODUCT/REPLACEMENT!)
  11. 11) DO WHAT THEY REQUIRE AND STAY CALM AND ACT LIKE A NORMAL PISSED OFF CUSTOMER OVER A BAD EXPERIENCE!!) (DON'T BE A HUGE ASSHOLE THOUGH!)
  12. 12) WITHIN 1 - 7 days you SHOULD have gotten a Replacement or a FREE PRODUCT!
