Has anyone of you has withdrawal issue with Poloniex of recent?
Or who has contacted their support of recent?
The problem is I made some withdrawal from my Doge wallet and I've been debited but the withdrawal's wallet wasn't credited for almost 2weeks now.
Take a clear look at the screenshot below and you realize what I'm saying. One transaction ID on 3different withdrawal. Something is wrong. I went further to do some findings on Doge block. And I discovered those transactions didn't take place at all.
The worst part is I tried to contact their support center since then and no reply even till this minute. Not even just; we are working on your ticket.
Or did anyone know other means I can contact them? I'm running out of patience. It's not the 1st time I'll be withdrawing or contacting their support center and I've never got any problem.
