  13. use DELIM instead of TAB for field delimiter

  15. output only these fields; also print any line that contains no delimiter character, unless the -s option is specified

  17. with -b: don't split multibyte characters

  19. do not print lines not containing delimiters
  20. --output-delimiter=STRING
  21. use STRING as the output delimiter the default is to use the input delimiter
