  2. Fresh pulp and puree are the processed forms of fresh fruits manufactured to increase the shelf life of the fruit. Freshly-pureed fruits offer a pure and natural taste, combined with a concentrated mouth feel. These can be processed in any season, through energy saving processes. A farm fresh fruit puree and pulp are manufactured from selected fully ripened fruits, thermally prepared and hygienically packed to preserve the taste, color, flavor, and aroma of fresh fruit. Normally, fruit purees are quite thick, soft products that have been processed so that the insoluble fibrous parts are broken up so as to be able to fit through a fine sieve. Enormous refrigerated and deep-freeze warehouses perfectly give good quality with complete freshness in puree production so that they can be easily exported worldwide and incorporated in juices, beverages, baby food, sauce, jams, dairy products etc. Furthermore, in most cases, the puree is pasteurized to diminish microbiological loading and boost the shelf life.

  4. 1) MANGO PULP/PUREE

India is one of the largest producers of mangoes, and the world's best mangoes with different varieties are found here. Mango pulp and puree are an excellent source of vitamin A and vitamin C.

Selected high-quality fruits are further taken to the controlled ripening chambers. Fully Ripened Mangoes are then washed, pulped, deseeded, centrifuged, pasteurized, concentrated (when required), thermally processed and aseptically filled maintaining commercial sterility. Mango pulp can also be processed in the juicer at home to make different kinds of purees and other flavorsome juices.   8. Tomato Purees is a thick fluid prepared by wrenching and broiling the tomatoes. This puree is usually derived from the fresh, fully ripened tomatoes which are essentially free from unwanted factors or any additives, affecting the quality of the fruit. To prepare tomato puree, firstly the mature tomatoes are well washed and then their leaves and stem are uprooted. In some cases, there are few processors that uproot the skin of the tomato too.
