Last month, a judge sealed a photo of singer Taylor Swift and former Denver DJ David Mueller at the request of lawyers representing the pair, who are currently locked in legal combat. Mueller sued Swift on the allegation that she had caused his firing by falsely accusing him of inappropriately touching her during a photo prior to a 2013 Denver-area concert; she countersued, maintaining that he had indeed grabbed her bottom as the pic was being snapped. Now, TMZ has obtained a copy of the photo, which Swift had described in a deposition as showing how Mueller "reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo."
