  3. 350g flour
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 1/2 packet of baking powder
  6. 1 / 2verre to tea oil
  7. 150 g fine sugar
  8. 2 tablespoons of water orange
  9. blossom soup zest of an orange
  10. oil for frying
  11. Syrup mieller
  12. Preparation
  13. Put in a bowl, orange zest, oil, sugar, orange blossom water, yeast, eggs and gradually add the flour by kneading well until a smooth paste and slightly soft. Smolder with a cloth and let rest 1H.
  14. Put a little oil in a bowl, coat your hands with and draw small handfuls of pasta shaping balls the size of a walnut. Flatten with the thumb and index finger by making a hole in the middle, forming crowns.
  15. Dip them in hot oil and brown them on all sides.
  16. Let drain in a colander on foot or paper towels.
  17. When all are fried, dip them in "syrup to mieller" prepared according to the recipe section of the cooking lesson.
  18. Make drain off excess honey.
  19. Arrange them in a serving dish. Enjoy hot or cold.
