Ingredients
350g flour
3 eggs
1/2 packet of baking powder
1 / 2verre to tea oil
150 g fine sugar
2 tablespoons of water orange
blossom soup zest of an orange
oil for frying

Preparation
Put in a bowl, orange zest, oil, sugar, orange blossom water, yeast, eggs and gradually add the flour by kneading well until a smooth paste and slightly soft. Smolder with a cloth and let rest 1H.
Put a little oil in a bowl, coat your hands with and draw small handfuls of pasta shaping balls the size of a walnut. Flatten with the thumb and index finger by making a hole in the middle, forming crowns.
Dip them in hot oil and brown them on all sides.
Let drain in a colander on foot or paper towels.
