Hi, i am using KGR for keyword research. I found many keyword with a low allintitle. for example i want to rank on google with term how to remove xxx. But then i check it on google, it shows wikihow pages with term how to get rid xxx.

Also on top 10 it just several website that using keyword on title. Most of them using keyword such as how to get rid, getting rid,etc. can i outrank wikihow and other big site with keyword how to remove xxx? even there are not many sites having keyword on title?
Yes, ofc you can. Make better article on that topic (and optimize it better), get better BL's pointing to it = you rank higher; ofc - don't use fresh domain, but some strong, topical expired to achieve your goal.
