  11. 400g white fish with firm flesh
  12. 400g chopped tomatoes
  13. 500 clams
  14. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  15. 1 spoon to coffee ground cumin
  16. 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  17. 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  18. 1 tablespoon harissa
  19. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  20. 1 cup (250 mL) fish stock
  21. 200g frozen peas
  22. 200g green beans, trimmed, cut into 3 cm pieces
  23. 1/2 bunch fresh mint, chopped leaves
  24. 1 onion, finely chopped
  25. Preparation
