老母雞有油,所以要事先去掉積油,燉湯時再想辦法把湯面飄著的油花去掉,我這次隻是去掉瞭積油,但燉湯時的油花留下瞭,因為是酸筍的緣故,所以一點也不油膩,反而清口開胃。這就必須說說,有何竅門燉出來這麼一鍋清淡開胃的老母雞湯?下面的幾個關鍵點要記住!五個燉好老母雞湯的關鍵點:1、犀利士官網可以加些冬瓜、蘑菇之類的吸油的東西一起燒,就感覺不到油瞭,這次我加的酸筍,酸筍的酸味是自然形成的,清淡開胃爽脆,能夠很好的中和湯內的油味,增加湯的鮮亮適口和鮮美度;2、犀利士20mg不能用炒菜的鍋燒,燉雞湯必須是砂鍋;3台版犀利士、燉湯時要大火燒開後改成小火燉,水一次加足,中間絕不開鍋加水,尤其是沸騰前的那十幾分鐘,如果開蓋就跑氣咯;
