Professional Dining Experience:
Knowledge of proper dining service, time management and experience on a POS system. Able to speak with customers, and direct front of house staff. Good organizational skills, and confident demeanor. Manager applicants diplomatic with employees and kitchen staff and have confident actions especially during busy times.
