  1. Self rising flour
  2. Buttermilks
  4. Mix in buttermilk to get a firm dough consistency.
  6. Shape dough into a round loaf.
  8. Cut into quarters and place on hot griddle on top of stove, medium heat.
  10. Turn after about 10 minutes, ensuring first side has been cooked.
  12. Cook another ten minutes. Split open and enjoy with butter melted. Add jam if you'd like it.
