STEP1:
So first making an account on this site:

When you are registering you will see a few questions, at the first
one you click on “I voted for LAT” and the second one you click “The
household has not claimed Latium”
Then after you registered the first account you have to go to your
email and complete the registration after you clicked on the link in
your email adress they will ask for an adress → GO TO STEP 2
FOR THIS ADRESS, after you have done that complete the
registration.
STEP2:
After you have created your first account on that site you will need
to go to this site:

Now register with the same valid email and complete the
registration. Once that is done you are going to go to “DEPOSIT” →
click on your username in the right corner and click “DEPOSIT”
Now search for the name “LATIUM” now click on “REQUEST
ADRESS” and copy it.
After you have done STEP 1 and STEP 2 you will need to go to
http://latium.cc/login/affiliates/panel.php#Home and grab your
UNIQUE URL and spread it on outher forums. Once they register
on that you will receive $1. If you requested a payment your coins
will go to coin-swap were you can convert it to BTC.
