Yes and No, but most Bitcoin Cloud Mining companies are Scams.
I would say about 90% of cloud mining companies are SCAMS.
It is very easy for a website without any proof of actually owning any mining hardware to claim that it is a cloud mining company, take people's money for various mining plans, and then not pay out any return.
If a cloud mining company accepts bitcoins then there is a good chance it is a scam because Bitcoins payment cannot be reversed.
In other words you have no way to get your bitcoins back.
There are only few cloud mining companies that are not scams, but just because a mining company is not a scam, still it does not mean that you will make a profit by investing in it.
Do your research before you decide on a cloud mining company.
