When did the west become the model of morality?
You that are writing, do you have health insurance?
when "unwanted pregnancy", abortions, depression, STIs etc. set in,
You go to quacks and end up death and in hell; no chance to make amends.
Do you also know that suicide rate in the west is more than 5 to 10 times that in your country?
Same with divorce rates.
In the so called west, there is social programs for single moms, they receive unemployment benefits
And antenatal care is free. The child is trained free at school till 18 years.
Young high school leavers get decent jobs that can enable them run a family if they choose to.
In Nigeria, even a phd graduate does not see lorry to drive.
Please do not talk about the west in glowingly enviable terms, some of us live there.
