  4. been over a week, probably 8-9 days. Took a multispore syringe to agar, no sign of growth yet. I only made 1 plate. It is MEA agar, which as far as i know should be suitable. Does Pan Cambogenisis just not grow well on agar? Is it difficult to make isolates of Pan Cambogenisis? I just wonder if I am going about this all wrong, if instead of working it on agar if i should be making manure jars and innoculating or making more plates and try obtaining growth and isolating. Need some opinions from fellow knowledgeable shroomerites

  15. how old are the spores? if you have viable spores, Pan. cambodgiensis should be no problem to germinate on agar.
  16. just have some more patience.

  27. Make more than one plate, if you get unlucky one drop of solution might not contain spores. Pan syringes can be light on spores, if you can see them or not, so do a few plates and make sure you get spores on there.

  42. That's the thing fruitbody, It is a brand new spore syringe from a shroomery vendor. It has been at least 9 days, maybe 2 weeks now. I think maybe I just didnt get any spores when i put a drop on the agar plate.....Thing is this is my only syringe of Pan Cambogenisis so I gotta make it work. Agar always seems like the first most viable option. Hell it can't be that light of a syringe, I can see the spores moving around. From what little is spoke of Pans, I hear the mycelium is faster than cubes. I'm baffled, maybe i just need to make more plates.....
