  1. 3.13 To arrange timely / maximum recovery of gas bill dues from all categories of consumer. Special attention is to be paid to recover gas bill dues from big industrial and General Industrial consumers which contribute major share of our sales revenue.
  2. 3.14 To forward lists of Industrial / Bulk Supply / Special Domestic defaulters to Distribution Department for disconnection purposes every month.
  3. 3.15 To execute disconnection of gas supply to Commercial and Domestic defaulters every month.
  4. 3.16 To update security deposits of industrial and commercial consumers on regular basis by requesting Data Processing Section for assessment of security deposit level and to issue notices to the consumers following in these categories whose security falls short as per contract.
  5. 3.17 To ensure that security deposits of disconnected consumers (all categories) are updated before re-commissioning of their gas supply.
  6. 3.18 To attend consumers’ billing complaints and resolve their genuine billing problems.
  7. 3.19 To attend Wafaqi Mohtasib offices in connection with billing complaints lodged by the consumers.
  8. 3.20 To pursue legal suits, regarding billing disputes, filed by the consumers and to file recovery suits in Civil Courts against gas bills defaulters who fail to pay their gas bills after disconnection of gas supply.
