I've got this written in English and the other parts were fed into Google translate. So, what you need to do is visit https://vk.com/ or VK which is Russian's version of Facebook. I recommend using Chrome as it will automatically translate the pages for you. Then you simply need to make a lot of random friends and send them this message below or send them this URL (which would be even better).
Let's get to work liberating the Russian people from censorship from their government so they can see the real news! Bypassing Russia's censorship firewall depends all on how they have it setup and working. Since I don't know, I'm going to offer a variety of suggestions.
Please also note, I'm going to be focusing on configuration instructions for Windows PCs. So, if you are on a Mac or Linux machine, you can still uses these services, but you'll have to figure out how to install it yourself.
The first method the Russian government might to use is to block the site at the DNS (Domain name System). The is essentially the internet's phone book, and it translates the text domain names into IP addresses that can be accessed.

Supposedly unregistered users can use dns.nextdns.io as their DNS server, but I don't know where you would put that.

You might have noticed I didn't include AdGuard DNS. Well frankly, AdGuard DNS is too strict to use and can very open break your browsing experience and you have no other choice than to turn it off. I also didn't include Yandex DNS, as it is a Russian provider.

So here is a list of VPNs giving extra bandwidth, free service, etc. I don't know if they have it restricted only to Ukrainians, but now that the population of Russia has been censored, hopefully they can get access to these tools as well.

But the thing that makes it stand out in terms of VPN usage is that is has a VPN button right on the URL bar which you can turn on at any time and use an unlimited amount of data with it. The VPN only works in the browser and not across the entire network.

A VPN is like digging a tunnel. You're essentially "tunneling" under the regular internet, which hides your IP address and other private information you don't want to connect too. What to do if you can't download Tor?

You can also email use the GetTor service. Just send an email to gettor@torproject.org with the message (it doesn't specify title or body so I would put in both places) with the operating system you're using along with the two letter code of the language you speak language you want to download Tor in. So, for Russian's they could send an email with the message "windows ru". It will then reply to you with a mirror where you can download Tor.
If you're anywhere outside of the Russian Federation, you could immensely benefit the citizens of Russia by running a bridge on your PC. This creates an encrypted routing directory of sorts that will redirect Tor users to find a valid Tor node. All the data is fully encrypted on your end and you can choose the amount of bandwidth you want to devote to it.

Twitter & Facebook NOW both have Tor (Onion servers) - all you need to is connect to these through Tor Browser or Brave (through inrpivate browsing using Tor)
