First look at etymology of it: supernatural means: supernaturalis < L. super, above + natura, nature: Being beyond or exceeding the powers of nature, not occurring through the operation of merely physical laws, but by an agency above and separate from these.’
The mindset that claims it is 'above' nature is a patriarchal one that divides nature from spirit! When it goes into its secular phase--physicalism-- it abandons the concept of spirit entirely, and is trying to do the same even with consciousness!
I do not think like that and see nature as alive and part of continuum with many dimensions of potential and experience.
The fact that we cannot see and feel deeper aspects of nature is due in large part to the oppressive culture which dumbs us down deliberately.
