This guide was made by me (AIDS), so do not leech or spread this method.
With this method you're going to be making around $6.50 an hour and can make over $1,000+ a month!
Requirements:
Old School Runescape account ($8/month)
A little knowledge about Runescape
RSGP (1M)
Tribot VIP
Optional (Highly recommended):
Penace Gloves
Spottier Cape/Spotted (Spottier's better)
Boot of lightness
Method:
Start off by going to a crowded trading world (World 1) and buy green dragonhide (not green d-leather), buy as many as you can with some money left (20k).
Deposit the hide in the bank.
Head to Al-Kharid bank and withdraw 28 of the green dragonhide that you've just bought. And also bring some money with you.
Run to Ellis the tanner (North of the bank) and have him tan all of your leather (20 GP a piece).
Repeat.
Math:
1 green dragonhide = ~1.5k
1 green d-leather = ~1.9k
tanning service (28) = 560
1 inventory of green dragonhide = ~42k
1 inventory of green d-leather = ~53.2k
-tanning service (560)
= 10.7k per inventory
1 trip = ~30 seconds
1 hour = 120 trips
120 trips = 1.2M GP
1.2m Old School RSGP = $6.50

You can do this manually or use bot. If you choose to use bot and you know how to use VPS, run them on your VPS for $6.50 per VPS.
