  28. Yes if you only want to send email to multiple addresses then you should try some useful software like group email,email brain or send blaster. It would be helpful for you.

  33. But very often, your mail service provider itself will flag you for spam soon. Try using software which can send emails in smaller portions scheduled over the day.
  34. Personally, i am using a self-made PHP script which is being run by cron every few minutes and sending small portions of mail every time..

Wouldn't you like to know how many people open, unsubscribe or clickthrough your campaign? I am sure ConstantContact can do that for you or if you do one-off blasts, I know Campaign Monitor tracks that information and does affordable blasts (something like a 1cent per contact).
