Found these in SoCal's Pine needle soil near the road in San Gabriel Valley. This mushroom has a strong portebello smell. Large fruit. Gives a reddish/pink/ color print.
Is this an edible?

:thumbup:I have many strains(include rustica) of tobacco.
:mushroom2 interested in Calea Z, Caapi, Silene capensis, salvias and maybe gourmet mushroom/shroom spawns

Perhaps chlorophyllum brunneum.
When you speak of a reddish/pink color print, I assume you mean the color the flesh bruises and not the actual spore print, right?

Or perhaps the wet orangish/reddish stain that mushrooms can leave on white paper was confused for the spore color. See what happens when you put the cap on aluminum foil overnight with a heavy cup/bowl over top
