Even though people say that python is one of easiest and most versatile programming languages to learn, I would have to disagree. Currently python 2.7 is in use, even though there is python 3.3 due to people being lazy to learn new syntax and to update their modules.
My teachers want me to learn python so that I can participate in some project. Python has very small usage with GUI based apps and/or game development, which to me means that it's shitty language.
