Our Experience When we called the Zoosk customer service line was were greeted with an automated system. We waited on the line for the system to pass through all options before being placed on hold. The call was on hold for more than three minutes before it was answered by an agent. We asked the hours of operation for customer service and she immediately answered without reserve. The wait time was horrible, but the agent was rather pleasant. She also told us there was no email address for the customer service department.
