One of the top five tourist attractions and places to visit in British Virgin Islands is Norman Island. It is being said that Norman Island was one of the muses of Robert Louis Stevenson’s world-renowned novel the “Treasure Island”. And for this you can absolutely assume that Norman Island is indeed a very beautiful place situated in the southern part of BVI. It is also being speculated that the name “Norman” was taken from a pirate who once owned the island back in the 18th century. Today, there are no pirates but only a private space owned by Dr. Henry Jarecki.
