Our spiritual parents get excited when there's growth, but it's a bit difficult to monitor everybody that's why we should get involved in cell groups, participate, get involved because it is in small groups that we have opportunities to share & to grow & our growth is noticed & we get recommended up the ladder in the different areas & departments of the church. We're saved to serve, nobody's saved to sit....
