For this Method you need the following things. - VPN or Proxy
- E-Bay account
- Money (Wich you get back)
- Drop off Adress
First You need a E-Bay account in order to get this go to www.ebay.com and click on right top "My ebay" this will redirect you to a register page wich look like this.

And go and search any product you want this can be cheap or expensive i suggest trying a cheap product first. now connect your VPN or Proxy. and change the Drop of adress you have to fill in the adress wich is not yours. and then click Checkout. after you've done this Contact the person who's adress u used and tell them there is package coming for you to his adress becouse your parents may not know whats in it. after you've done that be sure to disconnect the vpn for this step Dispute the price and tell paypal they ordered it with diffrent ip on diffrent order adress also contact ebay about this and you will win the dispute and you got your package for free simple as that.
