The 1st pic is Tommen, the 2nd son of Ceisei & Jamie Lannister who are twins. Ceisei is married to King Robert but is screwing her twin brother who is also the father of her 3 children. Tommen thinks Jamie is his uncle but he's actually his father.
The 2nd pic is Jon Snow, son of Ned Stark. In Westeros, a bastard child is referred to as a Snow. Jon doesn't know yet that Ned Stark is actually his uncle, that is, Jon's mother, Lyanna Stark, is Ned Stark younger sister and she was secretly married to Rhaegar Tygaryn. In order to protect Jon from those who killed his real father, Ned had to lie that Jon was his bastard son he had with a whore during the period he went to war with the mad king. In essence, Jon's 'father' Ned Stark is actually his uncle.
The 3rd pic is baby Sam and his mother who was raped and deliberately impregnated by her biological father. That makes baby Sam's mother his sister cos her father is also his father.
The 4th pic is also baby Sam. His mother's father is also his grandfather as well as his father.
