HairLosstalk Website Errors

When I try and go to hairlosstalk.com in the Opera web browser on Windows 10 I get the following error:
Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 7.2.5".

However, I can also access https://www.hairlosstalk.com/interact/, but it gave me the same errors as before. I tried to access the site in Opera 81.0.4196.37 x64 Windows 10, Microsoft Edge 95.0.1020.53 x64, interestingly Firefox 94.0.1 (64-bit) it came up with a JSON error which said:
SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data
And then gave the following "Raw data":
