Step 2 - Open Up PayPal On App Then Tell PayPal That U Would Like To Report And Unauthorised Charge, Normally They Would Follow Through.

Step 3 - Click On Link.. Copy And Paste The Link That To Their Live Chat Support..

Step 4 - They May Ask Few Questions Such As When U Noticed It..Always Say For Example This Morning... It Has To B Within That Day Not Yesterday..

Step 5 - They Will Then Password Reset.. Give Them The Code..

Step 6 - After 30-60 Mins They Will Refund The Payment..
