Anyways, here's what you need:
1.) A brain.
2.) Someone dumb enough you can hceel from.
3.) A working phone to make a call
And here's how:
1.) Go to Ebay.com and find a NEWER laptop that still has warranty on it.
2.) PM the seller asking about it (must be a single person, I DOUBT a big timey company would help you with the following step).
3.) Ask for them to give you a picture of the serial number, product number, and pin number. (Those three are key)
4.) Tell him/her you are interested but cannot buy unless they put it in your microsoft account name so you dont have to do it yourself later. (There should be a website so the other party cannot get into your microsoft account)
5.) When you get the back sticker details and get said laptop under YOUR name, call up the manufacturer support. Make up a cheesy story like the laptop shut off and wont turn back on. They'll ask you for the three "keys" that you have got from the suckah. Then, they'll most likely ask you for the Microsoft account it's under. Tell them the account you changed the laptop to. They will ask for you to send the laptop in for repair, but be AS DRAMATIC AS YOU CAN HERE!!! Complain that your lap has a burning feeling from the laptop being on it and pretend to take it off. Scream and say the battery acid is on your legs. They will most likely still ask you to return it in for repair, but say battery acid is probably in the laptop since you took out the battery and stuff oozed out into it when you threw the battery away. (They will know sending batteries or anything with battery acid in it in the mail is illegal, so they will have no other choice but to send you a new one. Just tell them your name and address and voila! you got a new laptop.)
