EBAY.DE METHOD-first register a paypal , at paypal.de
then add a bank account, (get it from, fake- it. info)
then add a credit card, get from atn or yours , but from atn you got te be fast(really fast almost impossible)
then go to ebay , clear cookies, get vpn - germany if u want
choose an item , pay with that paypal
