I just found a site offering 5% free when you sell Bitcoin through them.
It's actually a really useful system any, they buy your coins immediately and send their current value to your Paypal account.
But the first time you use their site, they're adding 5% to the value! (I've no idea how long they'll do this for, the site simply says "limited time" right now".)
I just cash-out 4BTC and got 4.2BTC worth of money. Which of course I immediately reinvested in Bitcoin anyway. :)
