Chinese Android Tablet
On this page we will be discussing very attractive Android tablets produced in China. Mass production of such devices started a few years ago but the quality was very poor. Now we have some very strong contenders in market. Devices are getting better and better, build quality is good and the performance is increasing as well.
The whole point of starting this page is my order of Onda Vi40 Elite tablet which should come to my address in a few days. I will be then updating you with my experience.

In the beginning they were using very weak CPUs and chipsets. Checking device’s performances now, you can see that they are offering very decent features for reasonable amount of money. On this site we will focus on devices that cost around 200$ margin. Tor this money you can get a decent 9,7”, 1024*768 capacitive multi touch screen with 8GB of internal storage, 1GB of RAM, full sized USB and so on. These new devices feature a new version of A8 Cortex CPU, called the Allwinner 10 which can hardware decode the newest HD video standard with ease together with the Mali 400 graphics adapter. If you don’t want to spend such amount of money, you can get a 7” version, offering the same CPU and chipset for 110-140$.
What is common to all this devices that they include HDMI port which can be easily used to connect to your home cinema system or HDTV TV set.
