FBI Still Asks for Backdoors to Encrypted User Data
FBI director once again called on tech firms to allow backdoor access to their users’ data, claiming that such move is necessary to tackle terrorism and other crimes. During the hearing about the San Bernardino massacre, FBI representatives explained they want keys to encrypted devices be held by device manufacturers, just in case.
