  7. I came to pick up a package that was on hold for the fifth and final day. There was no problem getting here; Google Maps directed me right to the facility. There was plenty of parking in the adjacent lot, and a quick walk to the building. The entrance is off to the side, near two giant handicap-accessible port-o-potties. Around 1pm, there was no one in line. There were a few other customers in the building carrying about their business. I was assisted right away by a friendly gentleman who didn't make eye contact while speaking to me. I picked up two packages. Halfway through helping me, the employee deferred me to another employee, who finished scanning the packages and asked me to sign for them. I asked about dollies because one of my boxes was 80 lbs. I was directed to the dollies in the vestibule. There were 4-5 and I grabbed one. The interaction overall was positive. Whether I return depends on whether I have another package held here for pickup adult signature required and I wasn't home. We asked them to leave the package on the porch. The 3rd day we are told if we are not home they ups access point pick up near me return to sender. Through automation we said we would drive to customer service to pick it up. They said come between 8 to 9 pm. It's 9:30 pm and we are still waiting. This is two out of two times that we've had to jump through hoops to get our delivery. I recently ordered 3 apple products and have been delivered successfully. But the last apple product I ordered, apparently it didn't have my apt door number on the shipping address so my package never delivered. Explained to me that my package was on the truck to be delivered again?. Howwww is that possible when I confirmed my re route?. Now they cannot find my package. I'm at the location now and my package is still not here!. This has been very very very inconsiderate!!. You're a delivery service and if I can give no stars I would. Seriously, my husband found them in the gutter. No, convenient is coming home and finding my package on my front porch so I can start using it immediately. These two operations may be breathing new life into brick and mortar stores. I was told 4-5 different lies regarding the delivery, The best two, I was not home and the package was left at the front entrance. Today 4:30am I was told the package was damaged and the seller would notified. Okay I am normally a patient and understanding but it makes no sense that I was told my package was in 4 locations in under an hour. First it was on the truck then it was in the delivery bin for the trucks then off loaded now it is idk. Why can't I pick up a package same day that I notified the office to not deliver to my home in a timely manner. Then on to of that they want me to come at 8:30 at night. These people need to get it together. Or update their systems because it's not working. He admitted there was a discrepancy and now they can't find it!. This is a 2k computer they just lost and their solution is to say call the shipper to send another one. What kind of operation is this. Either something sketchy is going on here or they have some serious logistical issues. The facilities are right across the street from one another. Do not use this facility. A package was to be delivered to me by next day air saver. They left the attempted to deliver sign on the door. It's been two days, and no further attempts have been made to redeliver my package. I've never felt the need to leave a yelp review before even when someone was really awful, because as a cook I understand how damaging a bad review can be. However, if there is one thing I can't stand it is being lied to. So this complaint is specifically for the driver who claimed he had attempted to deliver my package. How do I know he didn't, well first off I had been tracking the ups access point pick up near me all day because I only had today to wait for it, and secondly this genius claimed to have attempted to deliver my package while I was standing in my front yard with my dog as if I wouldn't have seen him or noticed his car. The staff inside was friendly, but the drivers really need to get there shit together. I asked to have a package held for pickup, because it was being delivered to my old address. I received a call a few hours later to day to say that the package was at this location. I drove 30 miles to pick up my package, only for them to tell me that the driver still had the package and would not be in until at least 7 pm. So the customer agent there took my new address, and told me that he could have my package delivered to me on Monday today. What do you know, no package. If the package is not there, why call and say it is there. And make me waste my time and gas. Several packages were not delivered at all and no notes were left on the door or else. I found out from the senders that the packages were shipped out. What is corporate management doing, really. I paid extra to have a package over night delivery. I sat home all day waiting for the arrival. They said it was confusing to them as well that they would have my local distribution rep call me today. This morning Sheila from Laurel Md called. She said the driver feared for his life and couldn't leave the package. He feared for his life for three reasons. Dogs were loose and scary 2. Bus blocking his access to my driveway and 3. I do have two large dogs but they were contained in a fenced back yard. Here is a youtube of my security camera footage then an exterior tour of what the driver saw when he pulled up. This spot was no exception. Once again, a package tracked here, scanned in, and not scanned out until 3 business days later!!. Horrible customer serviceeveryone who works in the customer service center is disinterested, non-empathetic, misinformed and just terrible in general. Arranged to have a package picked up after it wasn't delivered to my house, told to come by between 8-9 pm. Of course the package wasn't ready, told to come at 8am the next day, guess what won't be ready for two hours. The worst ever still haven't received my package then I get a call from them saying they lost my package that it was at one ups access point pick up near me there access points and now they don't know what happened to it. I called the access point and it's there waiting for them to pick it up. I've been waiting since November 26 for them to bring it The service here is absolutely awful. Before arriving, I received two calls telling me when my package would arrive. I've had a horrible experience this week trying to get a package, and while one person at this location has been helpful, the company's logistics and communication is absolutely horrendous. My package arrived at their sorting center across the street two days ago, and was just sitting there. Yesterday I called before going in and was told it would be available to pick up. When I went in, it was nowhere to be found. The lady I spoke with I think she ups access point pick up near me a supervisor even went across the street to try and grab it. When she came back, she told me it was scanned to be brought to the customer counter today, so I'd be able to pick it up. When I went in today, they told me it wouldn't be here until Tuesday 3 days away. Seriously, how does it take almost an entire week to get a single package across the street. And why could nobody tell me this before I took 3 different 30min trips out to pick it up. There was no problem getting here; Google Maps directed me right to the facility. There was plenty of parking in the adjacent lot, and a quick walk to the building. The entrance is off to the side, near two giant handicap-accessible port-o-potties.
