So I finally decided to drop a large collection of oyster cultures on fresh plates. I received the wedges in a trade, so I've never worked with them before.
I nocked fresh plates with Elm, Pheonoix, Gold, Blue, King and regular Oyster on 5/9/13.
This is what I discovered today- Elm Oyster and Gold Oyster are FRUITING ON AGAR. Yeah, right off the agar. Crazy huh? Just thought I'd share this with you guys. Picture's are horrible but you can still make out the pins that have formed.
