1) Master bathroom like sliding doors in the 2 gaps either side of the main lounge wall. They will hide in the walls and can be pull out when needed.
2) We need two wall mounts, 1 in the middle of the main lounge wall(for around 40 inch TV) & 1 in the middle of the walk-in wardrobe wall so can be seen from the bed(for around 32 inch TV) (Possibly inquire about TV plugs in the other rooms?)
3) Make sure the main toilet / bathroom titles don't extend past their doors like in the first plans, the titles should go up to the door edge.
4) Will the kitchen / entry area have the wooden floor like the show home?
5) For the bathroom titles above the basin's use the white rectangle marble ones (Shannon's description)
6) Where will the driveway be going? what direction will it be facing etc?
7) How much decking do we get? How far down from the master bedroom will we be able to go.
8) In the smaller storage cupboards do we get basic shelfing?
9) What will be removed from our kitchen as our space looks smaller than the show home's / how will it look.
10) Put the heat pump on the lounge garage wall.
