Jeg har vært heldig og truffet en, høres ut som en yngre herremann, og han er veldig hjelpsom, snakker Norsk og sist jeg snakket med vedkommende var på « info», har dere flere av slike hjelpsomme personer i deres system må Klarna toppe listen som mellomledd for betalinger. I told him i wanted to know what iv been paying for the last months. I totally went through and agreed to my payments because it tallied with my notes iv made. After they found out and have deducted accordingly what im not owing i asked what about the rente? If i own 400 and u find out its actually 200, and deduct 200 remaining 200, what shows rente has also been modregnet. After getting a total view of every single payment i realised 599 inbetaling in february wasnt registered. These people insist i should come with a recept to prove it so i send the exact email i got from one of the workers to them. They then tell me its a mistake because i made a payment in february 272 kr and in march 327 kr of which the worker decided to chose to add these two payments and find a date for it. How can two different payments made on two separate days be added under one date? To my calculation i own them nothing but they chose to send me a bill of 611 kr this month. Iv decided to pay off the 611kr to stop their rente and fakturer and BS, but i need my 600 kroner payment from february and im going to put them right. If you start a business to cheat people you always lose big time and the business collapses and these are some of the ways. Klarna has to be abbolished from every method of payment and every country. Iv been a great costumer of Klarna for over 2 years now. This is my opinion. Their costumer service is a great one. They are very helpful. But my meaning of them being complicated is: They have a bad way of communicating with their firms in a sense that they just send rykker gebyr and a whole banch of bills to customers who for one reason or the other have been mislead. I personally have a case with them right now. Iv been buying stuff and im a good payer. I dont remember missing a payment until i moved out of my apartment to a different place,where i couldnt use as my address. I told them not to be sending my letters through post but rather email. I found out later about 6 months that iv been paying a whole lot of money and even for stuff i never got. I realised that when they told me im owing 75 kroner of which if i dont pay i will be sent to inkaaso. That made my eyes wide open to go through every stuff and every details, all to realise iv paid 1500 and over for stuff i never got, gebyr which i had no idea, etc. Finally i got on the case and the money has been refund. February 2013 i made a payment of 600kr through my friends netbank. I went through a payment history i got from klarna all to realise they havent registered that. Now its almost a year ago and im here finding difficulties getting the reciept cos my friend has a different bank and he is always busy and a whole lot. For some time in my payment i had to pay seperately for a seperate item, even though i chose klarna as my payment method, but it looked as if everytime i get a bill it appears iv bought this item and my bill is this and i can pay a minimum of that, but i end up paying seperately, because klarna mean its a seperate method of payment. I love nelly and all other firm who have their payment through Klarna, but trust me im so dissappointed and will never in a million years think of choosing klarna or recommending it to any one. I can go on and on with my reasons but enough said. Klarna tries to reply my review to make it seem like they really helped. They really didn't but rather made me pay twice what I owned, with their reasons being I have no receipts. All to find out that on their system it actually reflected that particular amount I was charged for but they litterally threatened me if I don't pay they're going to send me to inkaaso. I also realized they registered so many items in my name over 3000 kr which I had no idea where and when does items were sent to me, and they also kind of try to make you believe they're helping so you change their reviews. I would'nt be surprised if they pay people to give them good reviews. Vi håber derfor nu, at vi har fået det på plads. Dog er det selvfølgelig rigtig kedeligt, at det ikke blev så smidigt, som det burde have været. Det er der ingen tvivl om. Med hensyn til problematikken vedrørende betalingen på de 600 kr.
