toffo agrees to send 75 USD to the Dwolla id 812-542-1942 (this action later referred to as "THE PAYMENT") within one day of the arival of 6.25 bitcoins at THE ADDRESS.
Further, toffo agrees not to dispute THE PAYMENT with Dwolla in any fashion and agrees not to make a claim of fraud in relation to the funding of the Dwolla account which makes THE PAYMENT only so far as THE PAYMENT is concerned.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach of this contract, shall be settled by binding internet arbitration at judge.me in accordance with the judge.me arbitration agreement. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and legally binding and judgment may be entered thereon.
