What you'll need:
- VM (virtual machine), not required but it's best to use one so it shows as a device that's seperate from your PC. You could use a burner phone as well. Android VMs, also called "emulators" are what I use, Nox or LDPlayer are the best and let's you make a new virtual device in 1 second. Then you can use the Paypal mobile app, which I like better than the website and I feel like gives me less errors than the site.

- Residential proxy, not neccesary if you have a burner phone with a fresh IP, but if you have ever used Paypal on your main IP you don't want to use that for stealth accounts or they'll get limited, and definitely not VPNs that give you a shared IP. Aceproxies.com should be fine, I don't know how good they are, but it's all I can recommend for general use since I use luxsocks (notorious for a $500 sign up fee, I don't reccomend it for this, I just use it myself). Residential proxies aren't needed, you can use a non shared datacenter IP from some other site, they're just worse, but cheaper.
That's basically it besides an email + phone number (you can use Textnow, the only problem is it sometimes gives errors where you can't verify the number because someone else is using it, so I recommend more private suppliers if you can get them - I assume this guide will give you better numbers https://ogusers.com/Thread-Free-Unlimite...ne-Numbers)
1. Get proxifier (program) (use this activation code T3ZWQ-P2738-3FJWS-YE7HT-6NA3K) and enter the proxy you bought. This will make your PC's traffic go through that IP like a VPN client does. Then start your VM.
2. Get a Paypal app apk (search google) and install it with the button on the side. Open the app and sign up with basic details like the name and address of the ###### you got, email, number etc
3. You'll need a bank to link, so read my guide here https://ogusers.com/Thread-How-to-make-v...rification and make one, the Amex Savings one will link instantly with username and password, any other one will take a few days to confirm deposits to the account.
4. Get a Paypal "cash" account, which is activated by either recieving $1 or more and then following the instructions to "accept the money" (asks for ssn and address) or by going to set up Google Pay in the app, and it will prompt you to set up a cash account and add the SSN/address etc.
5. There it's verified, I can do it in 2 minutes, and that's why I don't buy bullshit accounts anymore. There may be a time where the account asks for ID if you keep recieving money, so hit up someone like ogusers.com/owl and pay $15 for one, highly reccomend his service if he's available, worked great for me in the past.
