MARKS OF TRUE LOVE: 1. God is the author of love and only people born of God can show true love. 1john 4:7. Therefore the love claims of a person who is not born of God(born again) is questionable. 2. Love is beyond feelings and emotions. Left for feelings Jesus would have allowed the cup of crucifixion to pass over HIM but His love for us suppressed his feelings and emotion. Any relationship centred on emotions and feelings has no future, it cannot stand the test of time. 3. Love never ends. I cor 13:8. If what you call love will end then it was not love in the first place. It was lust. We have so many divorce and break up stories today because what the world calls love is actually lust. TRUE LOVE HAS NO EXPIRY DATE. 4.If what you call love has to do with fornication and adultery then you are on the way to hell. You have enlisted on Gods destruction list 1cor 3:16. FLEE YOUTHFUL LUST
