I recently bought a copy of "The smurfs a christmas carol". This movie is a smurf version of the original christmas carol from 1843. In the smurfs version we will follow all the smurfs on the christmas day. But it is one specific smurf that this story is focusing on. And that is Grouchy Smurf. So in this movie Grouchy Smurf hates christmas. The other smurfs feel that something is wrong because Grouchy Smurf always loved christmas. But this year Grouchy Smurf is really upset, and he don't wanna celebrate christmas. The other smurfs are felling sad because christmas are the part of the year that every smurfare looking forward to. So Papa Smurf sumons a spirit that will show Grouchy Smurf what christmas is all about.
Grouchy Smurf are getting visited by 3 Spirit's. The spirit of the Past, Present and Future. They will all show him how the christmas have been, how it is at the point and how it is going to be if Grouchy Smurf dosen't start to like christmas again. So he learns to love christmas again and every smurf is happy.
This movie is a really good and coazy movie. It was totaly worth the 10$ i spent on it. The bad parts are that this movie is both animated and in cartoon style. With other words it is animated in the beginning and after 5 minutes it becomes cartoon. But the cartoon in this movie is the nicest looking cartoon ive ever seen. it is cartoon with focus planting. It is the first time ive seen a cartoon movie with that style. So this movie is definitely worth lokking at. Rating 8/10
