Looking at their Cloud Server pricing, specifically General1-8 because of the 8GB ram, it's a bit out of my budget at $117 a month.

Myself, I'm always looking for input on services people are interested in.
I'm interested in call based support because I used to have that when I was with Codero and with Inmotion Hosting (before I found out the first month was just promo pricing and essentially doubled the price afterwards).
Chat is very useful for when you expect a rep to focus only on the situation on hand. With tickets I presume that there's a 15 minute+ wait because they're working on other people's tickets in a queue or at the same time for efficiency. That's not something I feel is right for me if my site crashes and I want it backup ASAP, it's reassuring to have someone working with you in real-time. A 5 minute wait for a chat rep is something bearable I suppose for some non-critical emergencies, but if I can call in and get someone on the line within a minute or two when something important breaks, I'll feel assured that it's going to be worked on in-call and resolved quickly.

Sorry to point this out -- but for live chat the same applies. I've heard in some cases some live chat agents juggle 5+ chats simultaneously. Some people even handle over 10 chats. With tickets you have the benefit of someone having the time to make sure they get back to you with the right answer, which you don't necessarily get with live chat.
