AVOID HOSTMASTERED CRIMINAL FRAUD OUTFIT
This company stole money from me, on a 3 year out of date hosting plan. My account shows "No active services", so why did they suddenly just steal money from my account? I asked, FIFTY TIMES via the "support ticket" system. They are absolute frauds, not one single resolution, just avoidance tactics "we will get back to you" for MONTHS, no "getting back to me" whatsoever. After I dig around for Monil Patel's personal details and threatened with a civil suit, I got a response from the lowlife himself, unbelievably lying to say no payments were taken and 'could I provide a transaction ID'... I HAD ALREADY PROVIDED THAT and he knows it, hence why he then ignored me after I replied repeating the exact details with transaction IDs and screenshots.
Someone else called him out on another forum and he responded pulling the "racism" card, nice try, but a fraud is a fraud, and such pathetic claims only further racism, they don't reduce it. You're a crook, and you KNOW it, that's why you refuse to respond to any of my tickets, because you can't. You could just give the money back, but you won't because I guess every penny counts to thieving crooks like you. But that's fine, I will get it back another way, with costs and a civil judgement which I can publish around the web for the world to see. Nice move, it will catch up with you.
Avoid this outfit at all costs. There are loads of other good ones listed on this great forum, ExpertWebHost, GreenWeb and many others I have used. I will never touch Hostmastered again, but I will certainly be making sure they don't profit from me with their fraud. I wonder how many other people they have suddenly taken money from without authority?
ANYONE who has EVER used them, check your bank account NOW for payments taken.
And don't fall for the "money back guarantee", shame they don't have a "we won't steal your money" guarantee too, but that's what the civil courts are for, as you will soon found our Mr 'Money' Patel
